With reference to the letter sent to you from

this Department on the 21st October, transmitting conies

of a letter and enclosures from the London Chamber of

Commerce relative to the liquidation of enemy firms in

Hong Kong, I am directed by the Board of Trade to transmit

herewith, for the information of the Secretary of State,

copies of a further letter and enclosures which they have

received from the Chamber on the same subject. 8.
